During its three years of development, the Spaceless Gallery has been received in exceptional venues around the world. Today, she invites galleries to an event in a unique format at the Hôtel d'Aguesseau in Paris: Handle With Care.

Organized and curated by the Spaceless Gallery, Handle With Care is an ode to delicacy, materially and conceptually exploring the notion of fragility through the work of some thirty artists. They will be represented by the galleries Artdib, Clavé Fine Art, Dumonteil, Françoise Livinec, Hatch, Ketabi Bourdet, Millenn'art Gallery, Galerie Robet Dantec and the Spaceless Gallery.

Through this exhibition Spaceless Gallery wants to reflect its ambition: that of creating relationships between different forms of art. The exhibition is coupled with a cabinet of curiosities composed by Amélie du Chalard and invites the botanical studio of This Humid House and the designers Pierre Augustin Rose to invest the common areas of the Hôtel d'Aguesseau.

As organizer and exhibitor, the Spaceless Gallery wishes to make the link between the different proposals within the Handle With Care exhibition. Materially or conceptually, the goal is to explore the fragilities of the world. Thus, in the main corridor, the "central trunk" of the exhibition, a series of photographs by Natalia Poniatowska evokes the precariousness of ecosystems in the age of globalization: four dying palm trees, coldly photographed, are the victims of a parasite introduced by man.

It is another reflection on the fragility of plants that Quentin Derouet inscribes in his abstract compositions. An emblematic flower, the rose, is the artist's raw material: crushed, transformed into paint, it loses its ephemeral character to mark the canvas with an eternal imprint.

Another story of transformation is expressed in the sculptures of ceramist Olga Sabko. The organic sculptures she creates seek their ephemeral balance in space. A photograph by Lara Porzak prolongs the journey into an imaginary nature, before joining the cosmic world of Jeremy Maxwell Wintrebert: a glass-blowing artist, Wintrebert is inspired by the genesis of the universe. Through his work with molten matter, he recreates through gesture the movement of expansion of the universe. We go from this infinitely large to the infinitely small of Ange Dakouo's weaving-sculptures.

By tying together squares of newspaper, the Malian artist creates spiritual armor: protective charms. The exploration ends with the mystical vision of the collective of artists Aurèce Vettier. On its clay tablets are inscriptions incomprehensible to humans, the result of a code generated by artificial intelligence, which will perhaps testify, in a thousand years, to the fragility of our species.

A fragility beautifully expressed through the works of these artists represented in an exhibition rich in creativity. Handle With Care is therefore aptly named.

[French] :

Handle With Care porte donc bien son nom.
