The artist created his first glass FishieZ for an exhibition at the Villa dei Vescovi, Padua. Sculpted elegantly and presented in abundance, their rounded forms are reminiscent of glass aquariums that showcase Findletar’s excellent craftsmanship and artistry. They are also the symbol of prosperity and Hugh's love for nature. Hugh recalls being a child, observing for hours the fish in the pond.
