Marianne Eriksen Scott-Hansen, a Copenhagen-based artist, is celebrated for her remarkable talent in creating large-scale flower bouquets from tissue paper. With a background in fashion and jewelry design, Marianne honed her skills through years of running her own business and freelancing before discovering her true passion for the art of paper sculpture.

 

Driven by a profound love for working with humble materials, Marianne forgoes templates, relying solely on scissors to meticulously craft her intricate paper sculptures. Her innovative approach revitalizes the traditional Danish art of paper cutting, blending time-honored techniques with fresh ideas and modern flair.

 

Marianne’s work has earned international recognition, attracting a prestigious roster of clients that includes Dior, Disney x Pandora, Elie Saab, Fendi, Hermès, Karl Lagerfeld, Lancôme, L’Oréal, M.A.C. Cosmetics, Max Factor, Narciso Rodriguez, and Viktor & Rolf.
