The Spaceless Gallery x Invisible Collection: New York
The Spaceless Gallery is pleased to announce its collaboration with the Invisible Collection. Complementing the bespoke interior of the Invisible Collection's New York location, the exhibition will present artists Gwen Hardie, Jean Alexander Frater, Quentin Derouet, Hanna Heino, and Olga Sabko.
Gwen Hardie's paintings transform the flat square of canvas into a 3D illustion, balancing colors in seamless gradients of light and tone. Meanwhile, Jean Alexander Frater redefines the boundaries of traditional painting by embracing a "sculptural painting" approach. Quentin Derouet creates contemporary paintings that highlight his masterful and minimal gesture: the trace of a crushed rose.
Clay sculptor Hanna Heino is known for her delicate form language that honours the beauty and subtle nuances of nature and its textures, shapes and depth. Meanwhile, Olga Sabko's ceramic sculptures express a constant movement through several visual and sensitive dimensions, representing a physical existence in an uncertain space-time.
