About the painting - Minymar Tingari at Umari
This is the story of four women involved in a very secret Women’s Ceremony. The story is set in her mother’s country near Umari. Due to the nature of the ceremony she could not expand on the story. The concentric circles are rock holes with water flowing between them. The lines are the sand hills that dominate this country and the small circles are rock formations. The black objects are rock formations.
