Morgane Pasqualini

Biography

Morgane Pasqualini grew up in the Hautes Alpes, nestled in the mountains near the Italian border. Her upbringing instilled in her a deep love for nature, wide open spaces, and silence. These organic influences and her connection to the earth resonate throughout her work, which celebrates movement, life, and sensory experiences.

Drawing inspiration from the shapes of flowers and plants, Pasqualini also finds influence in ancient and primitive pottery. She combines wheel-throwing with the ancestral technique of coiling, allowing her to create unique pieces with fluid, freeform lines. For Morgane, pottery is an endless journey of learning and discovery.

Her Corsican-Italian heritage and a fascination with Greco-Roman antiquity and Mediterranean culture deeply inform her aesthetic research. This sensitivity to beauty is central to her practice, shaping her exploration of form, texture, and timeless elegance.
