The Torii table is self-published piece by SCENARII EDITION. Born from a spatial narrative built around reclaimed marble, it opens the path to the multiple variations that shape the identity of the publishing house. As a manifesto piece, the table explores the relationship between the rigor of a polished mirror-steel frame and the imperfect richness of repurposed materials.

For the special Design Miami edition, the mirrored stainless steel enters into dialogue with the warmth of walnut, creating a tension between metallurgical precision, woodworking craftsmanship, and the natural imperfections of wood. The tabletop, composed of reassembled slats made from collected and reworked offcuts, reveals the beauty of fragmentary material and generates a motif born from repetition. The legs, shaped as cross-formed columns, embody stability and complexity, while the polished steel captures light and transforms the table into an object that is both functional and contemplative.

Crafted in a limited series, each piece carries the singularities of its original materials. The project advocates for a sober and mindful form of design, where reused matter becomes language and every offcut becomes a resource. Through the exploration of textures and the precision of assembly, the table reinterprets the codes of architectural furniture to propose a contemporary and enduring vision of design.
