The work Strange Trees interprets and explores the notion of the "language of the living" through digital tools.
Drawing on a parametrically generated formal grammar, it mobilizes an alphabet of organic forms inspired by biological structures, evoking a constantly evolving sculptural vocabulary. It translates biological logic using algorithms and thus questions our way of simulating and reconfiguring life in the digital age.
The work Strange Trees invites us to meditate on the hybrid future of our environments. It thus suggests a new aesthetic ecology, where the real and the virtual unite in a complex and hybrid harmony.
