Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire and proceed with the payment. We accept payment via international bank transfer, debit/credit card and Paypal.
You have 14 days upon receipt of your work to apply for a refund. When asking for a refund, please email email@example.com, specify a reason why, and return the work in the condition in which it arrived.
Please allow up to 3 working days for us to process your order prior to shipping. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. All orders are delivered by the safest way possible. They are tracked and will require a signature. You may prefer to choose a delivery address where you know someone will be available to accept the delivery.
Duties and Taxes
International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order. The Spaceless Gallery is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.
If you live in a remote area, your order may incur a delivery surcharge which will be communicated to you in the invoice. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive if you live in a remote area.
We will try our best to fulfil every order as specified in our terms, but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason, refunding our customers for the full amount immediately.
